By using the My Market website, mobile application, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• If an order is modified and the final amount is lower, the difference will be credited to the customer's My Market Wallet.
• If an order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be credited to the customer's My Market Wallet.
• If the final amount increases, the difference will be deducted from the My Market Wallet. If the wallet balance is insufficient, the remaining amount will be collected in cash upon delivery.

Delivery & Offers

• For orders above JOD 25, the delivery fee is JOD 1.
• If a coupon reduces the order value below JOD 25, the standard delivery fee will apply.
• Unless otherwise stated, two offers or promotions cannot be combined on the same order.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume, and product availability.

Products, Returns & Cancellations

Products are subject to availability. Returns are not accepted unless there is an issue with the delivered items, a technical issue, or a delivery-related problem. Customers should contact My Market promptly to report any such issue.

Cancellation requests are subject to the order status. Any eligible amount resulting from a cancellation or order adjustment will be credited to the customer's My Market Wallet.

For any issue related to fresh or perishable products, customers are encouraged to contact My Market promptly after receiving the order.

Account & Privacy

• Customers are responsible for keeping their account information secure and providing accurate information.
• Customer information is handled in accordance with the My Market Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

General Terms

• My Market reserves the right to update prices, products, offers, delivery fees, and these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
• The My Market name, logo, website, application, images, and other content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
